REGRET: With the hand in position of “A” rub it in a circular motion over the heart, with appropriate expression.

TO GRIEVE: Both “A” hands, palm towards palm, pressed together and twisted tensely and slowly as if wringing a wet cloth.

TO OBEY: Hold “A” hands in front, backs down; let both hands drop, opening them the while; some carry the hands up toward right shoulder and drop from there.
