to despise

TO DESPISE: Both palms outward to one side, thumb tips holding middle tips, middles released and face averted.

LIE: Right index pointing leftward and palm downward, is pushed across the lips from right to left.

FAR: Both “A” hands, thumbs up, moved apart to the sides. (The slower and more tense the movement the greater the distance indicated).

LAW: Right “L” placed against the left vertical palm, both palms outward.

TO DESIRE: Both supine bent hands before the body as if to receive something and drawn to the body.

QUICKLY, FAST: Make the motion as in shooting a marble except that you hold the end of the thumb directly on the end of the forefinger.

DIRTY: Place the back of the “4” hand under the chin and wiggle or wave the fingers.

WISE: Right index of prone hand bent and pointing down into the forehead.

TO STAY: Both “A” hands horizontal, palms inward, and right thumb holds down left thumb nail.

POOR: Holding the left arm over against the body in front, grasp the under part of the sleeve with the right hand and pull it down once or twice.
