DURING, WHILE: Hold the “G” hand straight out in front from the sides but back almost to the sides; push both hands straight out, one on either side.

BEFORE: Same position as in “after,” but with the hands reversed so that the right hand is on the inside, and draw the right hand toward self. Or, (2) Hold the left open hand pointing upward and back of hand toward self; right hand in position as above and draw toward self.
