WHEN: Hold the forefinger of the left “G” hand pointing upward, palm side toward self; point the forefinger of the right “G” hand at its end; describe a circle with the right forefinger and then touch the end of the left forefinger with the end of the right forefinger.

WHO: Purse the lips as in pronouncing “who,” then pointing the forefinger at the mouth, a few inches away, move the end of the finger around in a circle. As interrogative, express inquiry on face or make “?” in air with forefinger.

WITHOUT: First sign “with,” then let the hands drop away toward the sides, opening the while.
