WELL, GOOD: Place the end of the palm against the mouth; then bring it down against the open left hand so that the back of the right hand rests in the palm of the left. In common use the latter part of the sign is omitted and the hand is simply thrown forward from the mouth.

WHOLE : Bring the hands out easily, and after touching them at the forefingers, bring them around in a circle as if to include the whole. Commonly the left hand is at rest, held at a slight angle, and the right hand alone describes the cricle coming to rest in the palm of the left hand.
